What began as a small effort to resell quality, previously owned merchandise from storage auctions has grown into a mission‑driven business rooted in community, dignity, and opportunity. That’s why most of the clothing we recover from storage units is set aside and donated directly to families, ensuring that returning citizens have at least a few clean outfits and a pair of shoes as they take their first steps toward rebuilding their lives.

Simpson Secondhand is also the foundation for something bigger. Our long‑term goal is to help fund a new nonprofit dedicated to providing transitional housing for people released from prison; a safe, stable place where they can regain their footing, access support, and move forward with dignity.
